I cannot praise Mr Sharma and the whole team that treated me enough from the onset of my diagnosis, surgery and follow up appointment to give the all clear he explained everything, listened to me, my husband and my daughter and even made time to ring my husband when he had finished the operation to tell him everything had gone well and according to plan. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone he goes the extra and gives the personal touch needed.

I was referred to Mr Sharma from Tameside Hospital and can confirm I was in safe hands for an anal sphincter repair after childbirth. Very calm and answered all my questions professionally. due to the nature of my surgery I didn't fully understand everything, Mr Sharma answered all my questions and illustrated exactly what he will be doing.

Mr Sharma was very reassuring when we went for the consultation, he put me at ease, examined me and explained in detail what the operation required and confirmed he could perform the operation via key hole surgery. This was a great relief to me as other consultants I had seen had not mentioned key hole surgery.
